These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.trustedpeptides.com (the “Site”), including any content, features, and services offered through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and any posted Shipping / Refunds policies). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1) Intended audience and eligibility

The Site and our products are intended for individuals and organizations seeking information about, or purchasing, products for lawful laboratory and research activities. You represent that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2) Research-use only; no medical advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All products sold by Trusted Peptides are for IN-VITRO research and development use only. Products are NOT for human or animal consumption, injection, topical use, or recreational use of any kind. Products may not be sterile and may not be tested for safety or efficacy for any non-research use.

3) Safe handling, compliance, and purchaser responsibilities

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that laboratory chemicals and research materials may pose hazards and must be handled only by qualified, properly trained laboratory professionals using appropriate safety procedures.

You represent and warrant that you are knowledgeable about:

  • the health and safety hazards associated with handling the products you purchase;
  • appropriate industrial hygiene controls and protective measures;
  • the need to provide adequate warnings to end users (where applicable); and
  • all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requirements in your jurisdiction related to purchase, handling, storage, use, exposure, and disposal.

You are solely responsible for verifying product hazards, conducting any additional research needed for safe use, and ensuring lawful use in your jurisdiction. We may limit, refuse, or cancel sales to any customer we believe is unqualified or where fulfillment may be restricted by law.

The listing of any material on the Site does not grant a license to use it in infringement of any patent or other intellectual property right.

4) Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct inaccuracies or typographical errors (including pricing) and may cancel or refuse orders impacted by such issues.

Payment timing

Unless otherwise stated, payment must be received and confirmed before we accept and process an order.

ACH / e-Check authorization (if offered)

If you choose to pay via ACH/e-Check, you authorize Trusted Peptides to initiate a single electronic debit in the amount of your order from the bank account information you provide at checkout. Transactions you authorize must comply with applicable law. Once authorized, the payment amount and order cannot be changed or corrected through this authorization.

We recommend printing or saving a copy of your authorization for your records.

Apple Pay / digital wallets (if used)

If you pay using Apple Pay or another digital wallet, the shipping address may be selected within that wallet. Any shipping address entered separately at checkout may not apply to the wallet transaction.

5) Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Shipping timelines, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our posted Shipping and Refunds/Returns policies, plus any non-waivable rights under applicable law. Where permitted by law and unless our posted policies state otherwise, certain items may be final sale.

6) Use of the Site and permitted conduct

You may view, download, and print portions of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you keep all proprietary notices intact.

You agree not to:

11) Site availability and changes

14) Indemnification

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (including any account) if you violate these Terms or if we suspect unlawful or prohibited use. If your actions cause harm to others, you agree to indemnify Trusted Peptides as described above.

18) Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trusted Peptides is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiations before pursuing other remedies, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20) Headings

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

21) Force majeure

Trusted Peptides will not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) supplier delays, backorders, carrier delays, customs delays, or lost shipments.

22) Entire agreement; updates

These Terms, along with any policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trusted Peptides regarding the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
