Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer FedEx 2Day Air (FREE) and FedEx Overnight ($49).
How fast do orders ship out?
Orders before 3PM PST ship on the same business day (Mon-Fri). After 3PM PST we ship within 1 business day after payment is verified.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Packages ship in plain, discreet packaging with minimal external labeling.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
Use a street address. FedEx deliveries typically require a deliverable physical address.
Shipping Insurance & Claims
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes. Shipping Insurance is optional and can be added at checkout.
How much does shipping insurance cost?
The insured cost is 30% of your order value (shown at checkout).
What does insurance cover?
Loss, theft, or damage in transit (subject to claim review and carrier confirmation).
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
Take photos immediately (box + contents) and contact support right away so we can start a resolution.
What if tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Check mailbox area, neighbors/reception, and safe-drop spots first; then contact us to begin a trace (and an insured claim if applicable).
Orders, Checkout & Payments
How do I place an order?
Add items to cart, choose shipping, optionally add insurance, then complete checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP; once a label is created, changes may be limited.
Can I cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel. After shipment, cancellation isn’t possible.
My payment won’t go through. What can I do?
Re-try with a matching billing address, check bank fraud flags, or use another payment method.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An email confirmation is sent after successful checkout, then a separate shipment email with tracking.
Returns, Replacements & Problem Orders
Do you accept returns?
If eligible, returns must be unused and undamaged. For integrity reasons, opened items are typically not returnable.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us with your order number and photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or correct shipment.
What if something is missing from my order?
Message support with your order number and what’s missing; we’ll verify and make it right.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Send photos of the box and contents immediately; we’ll help resolve quickly.
Do you refund shipping costs?
Shipping is typically non-refundable unless there’s a confirmed error on our side (case-by-case).
Product Quality & COAs
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
We aim to provide batch-specific COAs where available. If you don’t see one, contact support with the product/batch details.
What’s typically included on a COA?
Often purity (commonly via HPLC), and may include identity/assay and other quality checks depending on the batch.
What does “HPLC purity” mean?
It’s a standard analytical method used to estimate purity by comparing signal peaks to related substances.
Are products batch-tested?
Reputable suppliers operate in batch production + batch documentation models; always match COAs to the exact batch/lot.
Can I do third-party testing?
Yes, researchers may independently verify materials (e.g., HPLC/MS) for their protocols.
Storage, Handling & Lab Best Practices
How should I store lyophilized peptides?
Store cold (commonly −20°C or colder), dry, and protected from light/moisture for best stability.
Why should I warm the vial to room temperature before opening?
It helps reduce condensation (moisture) exposure when opening cold vials.
How should I handle reconstitution for research?
Follow your lab protocol; add solvent gently and avoid vigorous shaking, which can cause foaming/aggregation.
How should I store reconstituted peptide solutions?
Many labs store reconstituted solutions refrigerated (2–8°C) short-term; for longer storage, aliquot and freeze to avoid degradation.
Should I avoid freeze–thaw cycles?
Yes. Freeze-thaw accelerates degradation; aliquot once and thaw only what you need.
Research Use Only & Compliance
Are your products for human or veterinary use?
No. All items are Research Use Only (RUO) and not for human or animal consumption.
Do you provide dosage, protocol, or medical advice?
No. Trusted Peptides does not provide medical guidance or dosing instructions.
Are these products FDA-approved?
These materials are not approved for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease.
Who can purchase RUO products?
Buyers must be qualified to handle materials in a laboratory setting and comply with applicable laws.
Can you refuse an order if intended use is unclear?
Yes, if an order doesn’t align with RUO terms, it may be declined.
